Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales targets in terms of profit and volume, market share, promotional activities and manpower in assigned area
Monitor and guide merchandising team ( SPV,TL, MD , SPG) in assigned areas to achieve sales targets and display objectives.
Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales and market share
Provide leadership and guidance to distributor’s sales team (salesman + SPV).
Coach, train and motivate distributor personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution and revenue objectives through scheduled and unscheduled meetings, route rides, trade surveys and monthly reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of programs and in guiding distributor organization to achieve revenue and volume objectives.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work in Bandung
Must have sales management experience in Jawa Barat Province, specifically Bandung. Have minimal 2-3 years experience as sales manager in FMCG/Distribution industry Max. 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree from any major
Market –oriented , hands on, spent time on the field
Highly motivated, results-oriented, an effective leader
Great communication skills and a problem solver
Computer skills – Excel, Word
