Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, organize and evaluate the operations of Outbound, Inbound (Delivery), Pick Up and express shipment in Bandung with the required degree of success.
Outbound ensure smooth operations, / inbound / (/ delivery /), pick up and shipment of express / / and security of delivery of goods in accordance with company policies and procedures
Make a report on the implementation Outbound, Inbound (Delivery), / pick up / and express shipment in Bandung branch each month.
Develop (develop and motivate) employees / staff Bandung branch operations in order to maintain and improve labor productivity.
Ensure preservation of the quality and capacity of the Bandung branch operation for sustainable development (/ sustainable development /)
Specific Requirement :
Male / Female
Minimal education D3
Max age 35th
Minimum 2 years experience in their fields
Physical & Spiritual Health
Have a good team spirit of cooperation
Has a passion to improve the achievement of higher performance
Have a high initiative
General Requirement :
Have the ability to apply Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) and the internet as well.
Have good communication skills (top, sides and bottom)
Control of business processes / operations at the company's major express, courier and logistics
Able to lead and deliver the message / communication with employees in a number (over 500 org)
Has a resistance (endurance) to pressure of work arising, whether directly or indirectly
Able to make the analysis of capacity, improved its efficiency and productivity
