Responsibilities:
- Enhance skill & knowledge to agency force
- Making training slide & presentation
- Coordinating & socializing training shedule
- Making & Developing training meterials
- Monitoring & tracking training participant progress
- analyzing Training needs
- Making training result reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the insurance or training industry.
- Able to work with Ms Word, Excel & Ms Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skill & presentation skill.
- High spirit & energic.
- High Integrity.
- Responsible.
