Responsibilities:
Branch Development & Growth
Implement operational strategy in order to improve branch performance
Evaluate branch performance and growth by examining branch financial statements, analyzing the changes or irregularities, and make necessary improvement
Evaluate feasibility credit report to be forwarded to the Credit Committee.
Maintain and enhance good relations with customers and communities around the branch
Increase the number of customers and market share in branch coverage area
Operational
Ensuring that branch transactions/operations are comply with current procedures
Ensuring that update customer profile process are comply with current procedures
Receiving opening account form from high risk customer, high risk countries, and high risk business
Coordinating the implementation of KYC principle with related work units.
Identify and investigate suspicious transactions and report it directly to Risk Management unit
Report cash transaction above Rp 500 million (or accumulate within one business day)
Check and maintain working facilities such as vehicles, office equipment, etc and working environment so business activities can be running well.
Replace other branch leader of necessary in accordance with appointment letter from Head of Area
Monitor employee discipline within branch
Solve branch problems, ask/escalate to Head of Area or KPNO (Non Operational Headquarter) if needed
Improve service to customers and do promotion as directed from BOD
Implement MBWA (Management by Walking Around)
Human Resources
Sensitive to changes that occur in working environment
Establish positive relationship and good teamwork with employee within branch
Act as counsellor for branch employees, provide guidelines
Do coaching and motivating employees
Propose training to improve employee skill
Active make a sharing session and intern training between employees
Requirements:
Holds Bachelor degree of any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (4.00 scale)
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the banking industry
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in relationship management
Have pleasant attitude
Knowledge in funding and lending products
Good command of English and/or other foreign language (Mandarin is a plus)
