Requirements:
Male / Female, min 30 years old
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience min 3 years in Café, Restaurant or Hotel
Good knowledge for various international cuisine especially European cuisine
Highly motivated, energetic, innovative, self driven, creative, innovative and hard working
Strong knowledge in food costing, analytical, and problem solving skill
Computer literate
Honest, loyal and responsible
Able to write and speak in English fluently
Mature, proactive, strong leadership, and able to work in a team and or independently
